Flow8Build strives to deliver accurate estimates within 2 to 3 business days upon confirmation of your quote and receipt of full payment. However, depending on the scope, complexity, or clarity of your project documentation, delivery may require additional time. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.
2. Payment Policy
We support secure online payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal. Once we review your submitted plans and understand your project requirements, we will issue an invoice along with the estimated delivery timeline.

3. Bidding Disclaimer
Flow8Build is not liable for any missed bidding deadlines by contractors or third parties relying on our estimates. Once an estimate is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund only if requested within 2 hours of making payment. Beyond this window, project work typically begins, and no refunds can be honored.
4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
If you require your project information to remain confidential, please notify us in advance. Upon request, Flow8Build can draft a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
In the absence of an NDA request, Flow8Build reserves the right to use non-sensitive project details for marketing or testimonial purposes. This may include:
- Client name or company name
- General project scope
- Estimate details
- Design or drawing samples
No proprietary data will be disclosed without permission.
5. Use of Information – SMS Communication
By providing your phone number to Flow8Build, you consent to receive SMS updates regarding:
- Service updates, promotions, and new offerings
- A maximum of 3 marketing-related messages per month
- Full compliance with regulations such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
